His experience includes Fortune 100 companies; The Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies and PepsiCo both as VP of Corporate Human Resources, and Xerox as Director of Training as well as ownership with Canadian Glacier, Pure Canada and Vermont Pure bottled water companies. Other industries include Medical, Insurance, Accounting, Banking, Legal, Not for Profit, Architecture and Design, Entertainment, Sports Fitness, Commercial Real Estate, Construction Services, e-trade companies, Hospitality, Consumer Electronics, Marine, Education, and more.

Mr. Knox attended the University of Cincinnati and The Ohio State University where he was awarded a PhD in Psychology with emphasis in the cognitive, behavioral and organizational/industrial arenas.
