Jill Kalter is a professional Mediator with over 25 years’ experience in the legal field. A Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil and Appellate Mediator, Ms. Kalter is Principal of Resolve Mediation in Florida specializing in community association disputes and property damage issues.

A licensed Provider for the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) and approved CE Provider by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB), Jill conducts courses educating and training effective communication strategies and mediation in common interest communities, designed for CAM’s, business partners, Board members and homeowners throughout the United States. With a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and graduating with honors, Jill is a member of Pi Alpha Alpha, the global Honor Society for Public Affairs and Administration as well as a Certified Paralegal.

Formerly an Instructor of Paralegal Studies at South University in West Palm Beach, FL Jill sat on the Board of Paralegal Studies at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She is a published author of numerous articles in the field of communication strategies and alternative dispute resolution in community associations. Currently, Jill holds a position on the Board of Directors for the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators as well as on the Business Development Board of Seacoast Bank; she is an avid member of Toastmasters International and volunteers with the Guardian ad Litem Program in the 15th Judicial Circuit in the State of Florida. Jill, together with her family, volunteer at the Renewal Coalition, a non-profit that offers wounded service members and their families, transitioning from military to civilian life or back to active duty, a Florida retreat.
