The lives of managers are based on chaos and change. There is 'good' chaos and 'bad' chaos though. We learn through good chaos to affect positive change in ourselves, our clients and our communities. There is a cycle between chaos and change that we explore to determine how best to define excellence and move those total processes forward in the best way possible. 
In this keynote session with esteemed industry veteran and former president of CAI National, Paul Grucza, you will learn how to recognize the difference between good chaos and bad chaos, how to identify the manager traits that characterize the two, how to take the bad and turn it into the good, and how to communicate that process and ability to others in your sphere of influence.
