Community Association Management 101 provides hours of instruction about all things HOA, or community, management. With CAM 101 new staff can start with a knowledge of the business in general and the job of a community manager. Also great for new and existing support staff: Assistants managers, customer service and accounting staff and even field services personnel, so they can better understand and serve the line managers.

How to Claim CAMICB CEU Credits: (applies to CMCA, AMS, LSM, PCAM)

If you were signed up on the roster for a credit class, you will be receiving a certificate for that class in the mail. A copy of this certificate will need to be mailed to the CAMICB along with your re-certification application, to receive credit for the class.

Class instructors will independently provide DBPR and CAMICB with the class roster for confirmation, so you will only be eligible for CEUs if you signed in upon joining the class.
