Complying with the FHA and ADA is tricky enough without having to deal with those attempting to game the system. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) have become all the rage as a "life hack" to escape pet deposits or payments.

This class will break down the differences between Service Animals, ESAs, and standard pets, as well as how to handle a potentially fraudulent request for animal accomodations for the purpose of medical or emotional assistance.
